Shipping Policy

We offer both domestic (within Australia) and international shipping.

Domestic Shipping: Free Australia-wide.

International Shipping: Shipping fees vary based on the destination and package size. Fees will be calculated upon request via the Contact page on our website or email at info@ggrazartist.com.au

All paintings are carefully shipped flat, securely wrapped in protective materials, and enclosed in a sturdy cardboard package to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

All paintings are shipped with full insurance to protect against loss or damage in transit.

Shipping Methods:

Paintings are shipped via courier (e.g., Pack & Send) or regular Australia Post with tracking.

We will notify you when your order has been dispatched.

For most cities, delivery takes up to 5-8 business days. For regional and rural areas, delivery can take up to 5-15 business days from dispatch.

Express Post may be available at an extra cost. Please contact us via the Contact Us page or by email at info@ggrazartist.com.au to arrange this request before purchase.

Due to the size and nature of the items, we can only ship to a street address. PO Boxes are not accepted for deliveries or returns.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 7-10 working days from ordering. This includes time to carefully package the artwork.

Delivery Timings:

Deliveries occur Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Delivery times may vary based on location and courier services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other issues outside our control.

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us page or email, and we will assist if the order has not yet shipped.

Customers outside of Australia may be subject to international customs/import fees and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description. Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or wrong delivery details.

Insurance:
All artworks are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind. If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours (1 business day) of receipt. Please email us at info@ggrazartist.com.au and attach:

  1. A photo of the unopened packaging,
  2. A high-resolution photo of the damaged artwork,
  3. The purchaser’s receipt.

We will arrange a suitable resolution, including a full refund or, where possible and agreed on, a replacement, or repair.

Approved returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned artwork.

Return Shipping:

Retain the original packaging and re-pack the artwork in its original condition for the return.

Unpacked goods cannot be collected and may void any claim.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned goods have been received. Refunds will be paid using the same payment method and in the same currency as when the purchase was made.

If the returned goods are not defective or damaged, your return claim will be void, and you may be charged for the return cost and any associated fees.
