Beneath the Canopy

This is an abstract painting inspired by nature, characterized by a coarse texture, creating a create tactile and immersive surface. Layers of vibrant yellows, golds, and oranges, contrasted with cooler greys and blues, evoke the idea of leaves swirling in the wind, as if standing beneath a sunlit canopy with glimpses of sky above. Interlacing lines and splatters recall branches or paths, and their fragmented arrangement conveys a dynamic rhythm mirroring the movement of the leaves swaying with the breeze.
